THE FILMER HALL IS A NO SMOKING AREA.
Please ensure that that both exit doors are open for emergency use (or the key left in the lock at the far end) during an event.
The hall is to be left as you found it please.
Please ensure that all tables and chairs that are in the hall when you arrive are returned to where you found them.
Please take all rubbish home with you and do not leave black sacks outside the hall as we have trouble with foxes
Double lock the kitchen door (using the yale lock and the large key lock).
N.B. The Filmer Hall closes at midnight
